I have a pearl that I got off ebay in December and until the other day it was wonderful. Suddenly when I try to talk to people they can't hear me. I can hear them and everything else works fine... well cept voice commands. So it appears the mic is broke. I called BB Support and well since I got it off ebay there is no support. Any ideas?

Same happen to me, t-mobile sent me a new one.

i take it by the same, you meant that people couldnt hear you on your phone but not about the part about gettin it off ebay
