I also returned an ebook before because I didn't like it. It worked fine and there were not complications. Just my experience

I just bought the Blackberry Video Generator from MobileSoftMarket 2 days ago but was unable to download the application (you get 5 download tries). I used up all my attempts but kept getting a blank page. I emailed them to ask for more download attempts or have the app emailed, haven't heard back yet.
