Default Help - Suddenly Lost Web Browsing!

Please Login to Remove!

I was using the Blackberry web browser on my curve yesterday (reading posts on this site), when suddenly it got stuck and will no longer go to any web page at all - it endlessly says "Blackberry" on the screen and "Requesting" on the bottom, but never gets anywhere. I've tried taking the battery out several times to no avail. Email is intact, and I'm in an area with very good signal and the home page says "AT&T", so I know it's seeing the network. Any ideas?

Thanks.

Perhaps clearing the cache will help. Open the browser but don't go to any web page. Push the Menu button > Options > Cache Operations. You'll see the size of your Content Cache, Cookie Cache, and Pushed Content. Sometimes clearing them all helps. You can clear the Browser History as well but that's far less meaningful.

Wirelessly posted (9900: BlackBerry8800/4.2.1 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

You can also resend your service books from your BIS and re register on the network using host routing table in options.

Default still no browser

clearing the cache did not help. How do I resent service books, and could this potentially mess up other phone settings?
