Default Media Card showing NO used space?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,
I have a 8300 with a 2GB Sandisk media card. It was working fine. I had loads of music and pix on it and it showed
Total Space: 1.8 GB
Free Space 1.2 GB.
Then I loaded a bunch of pix and looked again and found
Total Space: 1.8 GB
Free Space 1.8 GB

??????????
Any idea? I tried a battery pull 3 times , no help. Everything is working fine except i have no clue as to how much memory is left.

Maybe if i keep loading Pix my card will become a 4GB?

I sort of doubt that, but if you will enable mass storage on it, and view it from the PC, you might see a bit clearer what is used and not.

I did and found 838 Mb used. Also thought maybe my pulling the media card it would help. It didn't.

Interesting issue-- I have not seen it here before. Your BB shows no space available, yet the PC show 838 used, and about 1.2 free?

and make sure you are not loading a bunch of junk into the DEVICE memory... rather than Media card.
