Switched to the 8800 last week and I noticed now that alot of e-mails I get are not comming through as they should all hypertext links etc, no rich text, color background etc... All i get it plain white background, with black text and alot of hyperlink html text where usually there would be pictures I guess etc...

Any Ideas?

I spoke with Rogers for 2 hrs this morning and they cant seem to figure it out, telling this is normal since they moved over to a newer secure server and now we will never get rich text and color e-mail (html) again.

Blackberrys don't do html email. Never have, natively. You can try either BBSmart or Empower to get html rendering. Both are paid apps but both come with free trial periods for a test drive. I use BBSmart and wouldn't be without it.

That's not just Rogers. The BlackBerry has never had the capability to display HTML emails.
