I have all of my users set a password on their 7750's with a 10 minute "timeout" value. One of my users does not want to have to type the password to make outgoing calls. Short of removing the password or setting the value to a longer value, are they any other suggestions?

There is now way around it. It is a security feature. If the user loses his/her BB, then anybody that finds it cannot make calls to India or some far far away country to rack up the wireless bill
