Exclamation I need help, with this situation.

I'd have my blackberry for less then a year.My trackball sometimes wont work, and sometimes will, this been happening for a long while, i don't get massager like everyone else, and i cant send and receive picture text although i have a family plan from Cingular which allows me but not for free, and my most recent problem is that my blackberry wont recognize my microSD card this started to happen today, on top of it all on top it says DATA CONNECTION REFUSED, thats basically it...

Questions:
  1. What is recommended to do?
  2. Does blackberry supply a warranty? if so how long?
  3. I brought my blackberry off Best Buy, although i didn't buy the best buy warranty, is this going to be a problem?
  4. Do i still contact Cingular although i purchase it from Best Buy?
  5. How can i replace my trackball? and get a new one?
  6. Thanks for all your help, i appreciate it..

  4. How can i replace my trackball? and get a new one? Try one of the repair shops... A trackball is relatively simple to replace. Try contacting HorizonWirelessOnline.com - Horizon Wireless, Canada’s Cellular Repair Center ß, for the trackball assembly and instructions.

Best Buy is your retailer but after 30 days they may or may not do anything for you. your best bet is to go to an ATT store or call ATT customer care and see if it will be covered under warranty. If it is, backup your information because they should send you a replacement (or give you one in store) and then you will be able to restore it to the new device. you can also contact them about the possibility (and i mean slight possibility) of an early upgrade or exception upgrade.
