Default Deleting multiple email messages

Please Login to Remove!

Hi! Can someone please tell me how I can select and delete multiple email messages in one go? Right now, I have to delete one email message at a time.

Thanks

You can press and hold Shift and roll the trackball to select multiple emails. Or you can goto a date line and hit Menu>Delete Prior

Highlight a date in message folder and select delete prior. Search on sender, subject, etc and delete prior. Highlight multiple message headers and delete.

Default Dumb Question

On my part....... Why do you delete email on your device? Is there a setting that "automatically" deletes it?

Yes, there is a 'keep messages' setting in message options, but there may still be reasons to manually delete. One of my reasons is listserver emails pile up in a short time and I want to get rid of the clutter. So I periodically search and destroy.
