Curve Call Forwarding Query!

Hello!
Everyone on this forum is always so helpful and respectful, especially compared to the other forums I visit.
My Girlfriend calls me for free using a "FREE long distance" number. Basically how this free LD number works is you call the number, then dial the number you want to reach. We're in the same province so it's not like an over seas call or anything. However, when I receive these calls from her (only when she uses this "Free LD #) my Curve screen shows "Unconditional Call Forwarding" and then it goes to a normal incoming call screen. I have disabled the Forward All Calls option to "Do Not Forward". And I am in my local network, yet this message still appears. I'm getting scared since Rogers charges call forwarding by the minute, I believe.
Do any of you know if I am actually being charged? Or what exactly is going on? Thanks, I'm just a little scared since I do not want to see a $500+ phone bill.
