It's not charging (usb loose, have to hold it in place for it to connecT), and I have to go take it in to the store (and deal with that :()

I have a macbook with OSX, but have parallels too, but the last time I tried to backup on parallels, it didn't work.

Gonna need to get my IT to buy the blackberry full push for proper backup...

the usb port is now fully broken and no chance i'll be able to backup.
