Also, if you purchase a domain with the specific intent to try and sell it back to the parent company for an absurd amount of money, the parent company can file an injunction and get awarded the domain. Just some food for thought.
So if someone bought BlackBerryBold.com, and then tried to sell it to RIM for $ 1,000,000. They can take it court and get it awarded to them for $ 0.00. Then your out that $ 6.95 from GoDaddy.
