How do you send photos that are stored on your device, not the memory card?

Its not hard at all and hopefully by summer sometime you will have MMS as has been stated on the forums many times.

I still can not find the information that I am looking for so that I can send photos to someone only with a telephone number in my contact list. I would like to know exactly how to do so. Can someone lead me in the right direction or tell me exactly how to do this task.
