I am betting the price is going to be closer to $150-$250 in order to compete with the iphone as this is where it is being positioned. I think the highest the price would be with a contract would be $299. I do not have any inside info just what everyone else is seeing and this is where I think it will be. So I am thinking with my new for two that I will be able to pick this up for around $100-$200. I hope we will see pricing soon!!! You may see the $5-600 for a device without a contract.
