My Australian 8700g Blackberry is not compatible with the door I bought in the USA. I think that the back of the Australian 8700 may be different to the backs of the 8700s in the USA. The opening in the Australian back seems a little wider. Is this possible that the backs of all 8700s are not the same and if so, any ideas where I may buy a door for the Australian model ? Thanks for all the replies.

I ordered the battery and received the confirmation email. Now, when can I expect shipment? I ordered it 3/15 12:30pm Pacific.

The G model has a different back shape than the C or R. I have not seen G doors in the USA yet. Contact RIM service and see if they can help you.

The next shipment of battery kits is not due until the end of next week... We still have some of the dark colored door kits in stock though... the ones this thread is about.

Just FYI... I got the kit with dark door today. It looks almost flat black but if you put a water based skin on it, it turns a very cool dark blue.

...and it fits fine in the OEM leather holster, which I also got today.

I spoke to him and he told me its not possible yet! There will be a new estore design revealed on the 1st of may...maaaybbbeeee the canadian shipping will be supported then..if not..we got to give him a couple of weeks!!!

We should be online with the new store Monday night... I'm waiting for the programmer to finish a shipping modification (sorry not Canada) so we can launch the new store front. We need to shake down operations and make sure things are working properly before we add a new function. If everything is smooth it should be 7-14 days from Monday to begin Canada ops.
