BoxWave offered a full refund to me as well and indicated that their engineering team is working on redesigning the ClearTouch screen protector to fit the 7100g.

In the meantime, I ordered the JAVOscreen protector from www.javoedge.com -- it is similar in quality to the ClearTouch (easy to apply, with no bubbles) and fits the 7100g much better, although I still needed to cut about 3/8" off the top. I'll try BoxWave again when this screen protector wears out.

After the factory installed screen protector finally started curling up I have finally removed that and replaced it with an old treo 270 screen protector, I didn't even have to trim anything if I didnt want to although it is maybe 0.25" wider than the bb screen.

Works great and I didnt have to waste any additional $$

Also thanks for the heads up on the 3M polishing compound. If there is ever a product that is offered that 3M makes and a competitor makes I will always buy the 3M one. Lots of experience here.

I just recently bought the same case--loving it. Miles better than the stock case. Good thing I listened to other people on this board.
