I've been working on the vNES emulator for about two weeks now. I've finally got it work on my BlackBerry Pearl 8100. I added about 20 ROMS before I made it a COD. The speed is pretty decent; but you have to wait until it reaches around 20 FPS. And the only other problem was that I had to activate it...but I took care of that problem after the first day.
If anyone want a copy of vNES that I have, then just PM me ^_^.

Thanks a lot adileoxfxanis! The alx worked great. Just activated yesterday. Now my pearl has yet another functions that my friends envy. I'm getting about 20fps and it runs pretty smooth.

How do you know when it reaches 20fps?

Also, how do you go about adding more roms to it?

Okay, I found the settings and turned on the fps option.

How high can you set the speed?

Is it hard to add roms this?

You can't "add" ROMs. If you want different games, you'll have to compile your own version...

Seems an emulator would run well on here. The processor is much faster than what was in the old NES, even if the pearl is running other things in the background. I already have a PC emulator and all the ROMs I could ever want. So hoping for an emulator that can load the games off a microsd card.
