i agree, i use to drop my pearl all the time, especially at work, im afraid im going to ding up my tour its so slippery.
any ways i logged into my sprint account last night online when i got my tour.
wait was to long on the phone so i used the chat feature. the girl pretty much knew what to do, they activated my phone on sprint side just fine, then had to program the phone, i think this might be part of some of the issues as my tour shipped with the MDN and and the other number just junk numbers. we corrected it with my info BB rebooted data provisioned and i was up and running in about 10 minutes total.
so if your having problems provisioning call tech or chat, and have them verify the phone has the right MDN and the other number.
but i guess sprint was having a BIS outage last might and i had to call tech support to have them switch my device info on my bis account.
other then that i love my tour so far
and the speaker phone on this one sounds so good!
