I placed an order with SPD on April 19 and to date my order has not shipped. I have emailed twice (actually 3x counting the one I just sent) and received no response. I must question how reliable this vendor is and whether or not they should be promoted on any site at all.

I'm sympathetic (somewhat) to the fact that there have been internal problems with the company but I'm not pleased with the feeling that I'm getting hosed by someone recommended on a forum dedicated to Blackberry users and devices. I was under the impression from comments by spd_jon that these issues had been resolved, but they linger on nonetheless.

Sorry, SPD is no longer recommended nor are they a sponsor of BBF. It has been this way for some time now.
