Use the Roxio Media manager that's included with Desktop Manager. If you want to copy your copywrite protected movies then you'll need to manually convert them. Quite a process at times. Search the Media Forum as there are lots of threads on video conversion.

User guide question
I'm also new to the forum, in fact new to Blackberry as well. On the new 8320 I just upgraded to, I got the chance to peruse Blackberrys jam packed with knowledge user guide. Its so general in nature, they forgot to mention anywhere how to reset the alert prompts. Specfically the message and email alerts. I know this probably sounds like a real newbie question, but I was hoping for some benevolent soul out there who would take pity on me. Also, can anyone point me in the right direction to find out more about MMS and SMS messaging? How do I keep emails out of the messaging folder? Do I have to use one of the preset ones (AOL, MSN etc) for text messages?
I'm sure I could sit on the phone for an hour with customer service, but I wanted to join this forum and decided I'd try here first. Thanks
Jack

Welcome and congratulations.
Software go here:
Aftermarket Software - BlackBerryForums.com : Your Number One BlackBerry Community
And as for Outlook install Desktop Manager that came with your phone and it will link to Outlook and allow you to sync.
Also check out:

Welcome to the forums.
Might be a great time to use the search bar at the top of the forum. We have an Aftermarket software forum that has lots of downloads for apps.
Also, there should have been a CD that came with your device that has the Desktop Manager software needed for syncing your contacts in MS Outlook. If you have no CD you can download the software from here:
BlackBerry - BlackBerry - Sys Req V4-2 Pack 2

AT&T only allows the use of your BB as a tethered modem if you pay them $60.00 a month for the access. I pay $30.00 a month for unlimited use of their Edge server, but I found out by asking their REP that it is only for phone use.
Hmmm. The things they didn't tell me when I signed up with this outfit!
