At this point, anyone still down needs to call their carrier and inquire for a local answer. The scheduled outage from yesterday is long past. At this point it is likely a local carrier or tower issue.

No, I haven't had the issue solved. I'm still having the same issues.

I just called T-Mo regarding not receiving emails. They resent service books, switched me towers, and everything else they can do on their end. Not working. Now, I have 2 separate issues going on: 1) Not receiving HTML properly 2) Not receiving emails at all.

They have upgraded me to RIM support but due to work, I have to postpone that that call until later.

I finally got back to 100% yesterday sometime... Long Island, NY.

I got a flood of emails around 5:55pm (ET) on 10/25. Been fine ever since.
