Just installed on my 8310 and I like it... except for one thing... I use BBClarity for the font at 7 points and have Font Smoothing turned on, and this theme doesn't seem to respect that setting. The font is jaggy regardless of the Font Smoothing setting. Can this theme be set to recognize the Font Smoothing setting? I am on a Mac, so I can't mess with the theme development tools unless I install Fusion, and I'm not ready to do that just yet.

Other than the Font Smoothing issue, I really like this theme. Excellent work!

Great job on both of these! I have both Today and Zen installed and love them. And it changes from screen to screen just as fast as the "native" themes.

Default 7130c?

Hey, this theme looks incredible! exactly what i was looking for! is there any way that you can port it over for use with the 7130 models? I am currently running OS 4.2.196 platform 2.3.0.78

if there is any way that this could be done, I would greatly appreciate it! great theme, looks like you put alot of hard work in it, and it definitely paid off!

Wow, love the theme... even got me to switch over from an Icon theme to this Today theme now.

Quick question. The screenshots of the Today version in Post #1 shows "Phone/Call Log." On my home screen it only shows "Call Log." Not an issue, but I would like to be able to use a homescreen shortcut to get the "Phone App." I used to be able to accomplish this by pressing P when using the Icon theme.

Is there any shortcut to get to the phone app/call log when using a Today theme?

Thanks!

Edit: Duh, pressing the green handset button to the left of the BB Menu key works just fine!

Default Mail notification icon - Elemental - Zen

Hi M.A.T.

I LOVE this theme, but i am having an issue I can't seem to figure out.

The mail notification Icon does not put an "*" on the mailbox itself on either of the desktops when I get a new email. In all of the screen shots I've seen with this theme, it does show the "*" on a mailbox for a new email.

As the pic shows, it does show the new mail notification at the top/center of the screen on the desktop just fine, just not on the actual mailbox icon itself. I liked having this because when I get a new email, i can easliy tell which mailbox recieved it.

This apples to both email accounts I have on my blackberry. The SMS and MMS notification DOES show the "*" when I have a new text, just not on emails.

I have tried reinstalling the theme, and hard reboots, still no success.

I have version: elemental zen version 2007.11.12.2247

BB Curve 8320 with TMO
Version 4.2.2.180

I have searched here and in crackberry.com looking for a solution with no success.

Any suggestions?

Amazing job on this theme! Have you noticed that the WIFI symbol floats on top of the network name and a little over the white line that separates the very top info bar? I am not sure if the wifi symbol is not moveable or changeable since it may be connected to the UMA stuff that you said you don't have access to.

Anyways, great great job!

I am trying to install the Desktop Manager Download Link: Elemental - Today
but I can't seem to get it to sync to my 8310. I download the zip, unzip the two files and try to add them into the application loader, but they don't add. What am I doing wrong???

Great theme. It's the first one I've installed, but seems to be exactly what I was looking for. Very nice!

I darkened my wallpaper tremendously, and made the top half of my wallpaper solid black. This is what stays behind the status bar at the top of the theme, and helps it to blend better. The dark wallpaper really helps the icons & such to stand out. The only small complaint I have is how the text fades in on the main screen when you're scrolling through the 4 or 5 zen icons. I wish it was instant instead of fading.. but still my permanent theme!

Are there still plans for a Pearl version? I enjoyed this on my Curve, now replaced with a Pearl 2, I am longing for it again.
