Her are mine and the reason why:

Left - Bluetooth on: to save battery power; use it only when I get in my car so having it on all the time wouldn't make sense

Right - Camera: no particular reason other than it was the default but I think I'll be changing it to something more useful like alarm

Curious why no one else uses one for bluetooth. Also, why use the keyboard lock when you can use the sleep button at the top?

Shortcut keys only work from home screen, and I like my convenience keys to work no matter what app I'm in.

I tend to hit the key when I'm just using the device, like taking it out of the holster and stuff like that, so I just turned it off.

Those with Qwerty devices if you disable "dial from home screen" you can have convenience keys for Messages, Calendar, Calculator, etc. I just hit "M" for Messages, "U" for Calculator, "L" for Calender, etc. I hide all the icons that have these shortcuts and leave only the icons that DON'T have a shortcut.

I've got my convenience key set to app switcher, but I use the same methodology for shortcuts and hiding icons. I've taken to making themes with icons for apps that don't have shortcuts, like manage connections, media and maps.
