I'm with you, I cannot get excited about white.

However if it continues to sell BlackBerrys I'm all for it.

I just hope Cingular doesn't wait to long to release the camera version. It's not that important but it is sort of nice to have.

Well, I bet even though we are T-Mobile customers, if and when we get the 8800 after Cingular does, we'll wait 3 months. BUT! After the 3 months, T-Mobile customers will maybe get the 9XXX the same time as the 8800.

Now isn't that a good idea.

I do not think your typing skills have anything to do with what I am seeing.

You will get the 8800 after 3 months, maybe six months and wait another 3-6 months for the 8900.

You got the White Pearl, enjoy!

Uh huh. Thanks for stating the obvious.

But, I don't want the White Pearl.

Hey, you could be wrong right? I mean those months are hypothetical, so I'm just going to hope for the 8800 to come out before Valentines Day, and if that doesn't work, then hopefully before Spring Break. Maybe I'll get lucky. Don't ruin my hopes!

I hope they release the phone for both T-Mo and Cingular at the same time. But, these "games" are what they have done in the past and I hate to see it again.

I agree !

However it's looking like cingular will have it exclusively for the first 90 days.

This practice of "exclusives" has got to go. I seriously doubt that it actually causes very many people to break their existing contract [with the penalties involved] just to get a certain phone from another carrier. What I believe is more often the case is that it just makes people angry, while waiting for the "exclusive" to expire. In addition, I believe they lose more sales than they gain.

That said, they must believe that their is enough value to the carrier to continue this madness.

It has got to add to the "churn" numbers for sure! I have to admit that I left and went to T-Mo for one of their exclusives but I found that the service was not good at the office of house. T-Mo has got some of the best rates of anyone.

We should be hearing something soon, maybe in the next few weeks, we will all know for sure.
