With nextel, have had nextel for quite some time now and i must says since merging with sprint.......they blow.......can't even talk in my home but since getting the i can't complain about the reception all their flip phones bite the big one.

I'm a previous 7100r user with Rogers and I would say the phone (sound) quality is superior with the 7250. Data transmissions on 1X are quicker (in my case anyway). Solid device and service.

Service: Excellent. No dropped calls, great reception, no network errors. Poor customer service for BB. Was Cingular blue until my discount through Stanford University changed and I was required to switch to Orange to keep the 45% discount)

I had this happen to me when my first 7100t died last year. They never notified me that it was accidentally sent to the wrong address or called to ask if I got the 'Berry (I had to call THEM and ask where my phone was cause I chose the cheaper 7-10 day delivery). I had to have them send me ANOTHER 7100t this time with 3 day shipping and I got it. I just had UPS show up the other day (FIVE MONTHS LATER) asking me if I got the replacement and they had the 'Berry I was supposed to have gotten with them! Thankfully whoever got it by accident was nice enough to send it back.
