Yes...the beta that was leaked gives the user the ability to change the icons now.

I do not have it exported for the 8700, but I can get it exported for the 8700 using OS 4.2.1

Nice slmoney, your themes are always nice. I would buy, but I made the jump to the unlocked Bold. I would love to see some of your other themes for the 9000, you would get some of my dough for that.

Pretty soon all new themes will have the user customized feature for free. There are tons of "Bold" themes out there. Here's a good bold theme with user customizable icons for the Pearl for free:

Nice theme.
Is it possible to leave the "keypad locked" screen blank so the user's wallpaper shows through instead of the wallpaper you chose?
I seldom use the theme's default wallpaper, and by setting that screen, I'm locked into the theme's wallpaper.
For example, The "new" BeBold by Mothy allows this.
Unless, I'm assuming yours has the locked keypad wallpaper set.
