Default 8320 twitter problem

I'm trying to do the Twitter mobile but I keep getting this message after following the twitter instructions

"Free Msg: Receiver 40404 unable to receive message - Message Blocking is active."

is this me? I googled on how to turn the message blocking off, but my firewall shows none of the boxes were checked.

BES is the enterprise/company version of BIS. Basically, is your phone your own personal one, or one issued to you by your work?

Is Tmobile doing any message blocking for you? You might give them a call and verify.

not sure, I am on a friends and family plan with my father being the main account holder. I know he restricted several things on my plan (I went to check on my account viz Tmo website, and it says I can not do certain things, mainly just call, receive calls, etc.).

Could this be the "block"?

also when I called up once asking for my account info the lady said that only my dad could access the information, me being an account holder I still could not do anything since I wasn't the main account holder.
