Hi Guys / Girls

When sending email to external people on BB, some users get the Red X with these errors in the Windows App Log

Event ID 20472 {User.Name@company.com} Send() failed: ERR_SUBMIT_MAIL, RefId=111840489, Tag=6085400

and then

Event ID 20265

{Name.Surname@company.com} MAPIMailbox::Send(ppMAPIMessage) - SubmitMessage (0x80004005) failed

If i restart the dispatcher service the issue goes away, can anybody shed some light on this?

On the message with the red X, can you scroll to the top and indicate what the "Message Status" is?

Desktop email program unable to submit message..

Have you tried resending the service books to the problem users?

Yes, the weird thing is when i turn on Static mailbox agent, the email goes through fine..
