Just a personal opinion on upgrading. If your device works as you want and need it to, why try to fix what isn't broken? The Forum is full of upgrades gone wrong, things not working as they did on the old OS, or not working at all.

I would wait until your carrier issues 5.0 as I tried a few OS 5.0 versions on an AT&T Bold 9000- lost "browser", and had a volume DECREASE. Not acceptable for the phone with the best cell phone speakers EVER!

Wirelessly posted

Those are issues of the very first leaked beta releases of OS5. The current ones are extremely stable, featureset rich and even battery friendly for a change. If you have a BES admin talk to him before you start OS upgrades.
If you manage your own device take your own risk based on how comfortable you feel with the platform and any current issues you may or may not have with the OS.
