I have done it like the help menu says but when I try to swap over to second call I get an error that the operation has failed! 9700/5.0.0.296 is there an upgrade to fix it? Thanks

I just did it today and it worked fine. Try updating to the latest OS and see if that doesn't fix it for you. You'll find it at the top of this forum. Follow the directions and be sure to delete the vendor.xml file.

Updated to latest OS 9700/5.0.0.405. I must be doing something wrong! I can get 2 call but I can not get them to connect so all 3 parties can talk! Is it possible on ATT? Thanks

.405 is the latest AT&T OS but not the latest one that's available for Blackberry. You can download that at the top of this forum. May fix your problem. So you're saying you can get 2 other people on the phone with you, but can't make the connection so everyone can hear each other, right?
