Ok I been using bb for a while I have the same apps that I did one day
I got 109 mb now I can't seem to get more then 103. Is there any way
To get rid of all the sample music and pics there is well over 10 mb
Of it and I can't seem to figure out how to get rid of it

You can't delete the pictures that came on your BB (not easily). The music can be deleted by selecting media>music>select the file you want to delete>option>delete.

I have tried that the music has a lock icon on it it won't come off

103MB is a ton of memory. Is there a reason you are so concerned about it?
