Totally remove from BES

As posted in my previous thread, I am having difficulty connecting to my BES.
What should my BES admin do to ensure I am completely removed from the BES, so that I can start fresh?
I would like him to completely remove any trace of me or any of my previous devices, then I can wipe my handheld and reload the OS and have him re-add me so that I can try again.
