Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

Thank you for your forum, it's really appreciate to read you. I have a Blackberry and I would like a calendar. I have already a server ical (http) with the extension .ics.

I would like to find a calendar can to connect at this server to read my meeting and have a reminder.

Where it's possible to find it ? Sorry, I'm new with a Blackberry!

Thank you for your help

Danny

I've imported iCal calendars into my Microsoft Outlook 2007 - and then merged the entries into my default calendar (Outlook will not do this automatically) and then synched Outlook to the BlackBerry to get all the entries onto my device. This was the New York Yankees full season schedule courtesy of mlb.com so you can see how handy it was, entering 162 regular season games!

This will help you with importing .ics files into Outlook. While in Outlook you can merge your new calendar into your existing one if you so wish (which is what I did). You're actually losing the "subscription" to the .ics so dynamic changes wouldn't be incorporated any longer as it was merged into your standard Outlook calendar .pst file...

In some cases, like my baseball schedule - I don't really care. However, I could see some instances where it would be prudent to keep it separate.
