Hey everyone,
Yesterday I bought a blackberry curve 8530 with IUSACELL (a mexican company) I can make calls, text messages, but I can't surf in the web.
Yesterday just after I bought it, I was checking the WI-FI conection, in fact, I downloaded the Twitter app, an everything was going really well, but today I wanted to check twitter and my BB showed this message:
"Could not find a service book entry for IPPP"
I don't understand, what does that mean???
How can I fix it and check my twitter again??
Note: I'm using WI-FI conection and I can check webpages, facebook, etc, but I cannot use my twitter app.

Most things that Blackberries do require a "Service Book" be sent from your carrier (AT&-T-, Verizon, Vodafone, etc) to your phone. It is what sets up your phone to work through the Blackberry server to the application that you want to use.
For example, my phone has service books for Facebook, My Space, ICQ, BBM, and many other programs used on the Internet.
You must have a BIS or BES internet service in order to receive service books.
Most carriers (at least in the USA) require a Blackberry BIS/BES service when you connect the phone to their service, the only one I know of that does not require this service is Tmobile, and because Tmobile has free wi-fi on most of their phones you can use a Blackberry to connect to the internet, download, and use some, not all programs you have on a Blackberry phone.
A lot of people without a BIS/BES service are confused because if you have wi-fi, some of them can connect to the internet, and you might even be able to download from it, but the programs won't work with most providers because your data is coming through a Blackberry server and you phone is not configured with the proper "Service Book" to use it.
The only way to be sure that your phone has the proper service for that application is to call your carrier and ask them if your plan has all the services required to run the facebook application. If they say yes, check you phone, (menu > options > advanced options > service books) and see if "Facebook" is on that list, if it isn't, have them resend your service books.
