How can I repair this problem? Screen shows "App Error 200" reset

Click reset and see what happens. If the device reboots ok, great. If it loops back to the error screen repeatedly, you'll need to wipe the device and reinstall the device software.

Not sure how to wipe as suggested...is there a link that can help me?

Also check the yellow sticky at the top of the 8300 section.
