I updated to the .586 version and now when I set a new ring tone for a contact, the "Try It" feature doesn't work. Actually, it partially works. The message indicator blinks red but the sound does not play. None of the sounds play when I scroll through them to test. The previous version "Try It" feature worked.

Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

I'm using .586 and don't see that problem. I just test to be sure, though I just tried phone on my active profile. All I know to suggest, aside from going back over the profile settings again, try stock ring tones, and so forth is to do another battery pull and wait a good two or three minutes.
