Default "Appointment with contact" ?

Please Login to Remove!

In outlook, you can create an "Appointment with Contact".
But the contact information this is not visible on the device. The only thing I know to do is to manually add the contact information in the notes field of the appointment. Otherwise I would not know, who to meet.

This function is very helpful, because, you afterwards can do a search for all appointments for a particular contact and get a list, which you then can use to write invoices for the time you spent with your clients.

Is there a workaround for this ?

BES is 4.1.5

look here, how to reenable this feature in OL 2007:
Where are Contact links in Outlook 2007? - Office Watch
I have no 2007, so I cannot verify it.

But in OL 2K3, you right-cklick a contact, and then choose "new appointment with contact"
The contents are stored in the notes of an appointment

In some BES versions previous of 4.1.5, the attachment was kind of visible, but you could not open it.
However, if you did something with it, or added notes, the entry got corrupted.

Now, its invisible. Might be better then the way it was handled before.
I always hoped, with the "rich content" feature of the server you could be able to view these kinds of things.

looks like I have to stay with my current manual method.
