Sometimes I receive e-mail messages that have files attached in the middle of the message, with more text following the attachment(s). When this happens I have not been able to see any of the text that follows the attachment. Any suggestions?

Has there been any solution to this problem. I have 3 users that are having this problem on a T-Mobile 7100 series phone.
