Default "Unabled to sumbit messages" - Red X syndrome

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone!

I'm new here and new the Blackberrys in general. I'm sure you've all heard of this issue. I did a bunch of updates to my Exchange server and all my Blackberry users lost the ability to send messages (I'm using BES 4, btw). Anyway, I gave my BES account the right to SEND AS and that seems to have fixed the issue for almost everyone. One user still can't send. The only different between him and every else is he is a Admin/Domain Admin. Anyone have any ideas on how to solve this?

Those MS KB articles can be very confusing. Anyway, I went through those and now the BES Administrator shows up in the user's SECURITY tab in AD just like everyone else... however, still doesn't seem to work...

I have the same issue with one particular user. He will work for several days and then start getting the Red X along with the "Unable to submit" message. In his case, we've just been reactivating but I really need to get to the bottom of it.
