Exactly. I believe they provisioned the wrong data plan on her line.
Call the carrier. If they insist that the correct data plan is there... then ask them to remove it and then call back and have someone else add it back.
Make sure you INSIST that they add a
BlackBerry Data Plan... not just a generic data plan.
You NEED a
BlackBerry Data Plan in order to get
EDGE and use the BlackBerry services you're having trouble with.
