FYI -- For readers who are not T-Mobile subscribers, you can also use the dummy number 6156680000 to get access to these downloads. (Use the VENDOR.XML delete trick to install T-Mobile software on other carrier BlackBerries)
Alternatively, there are direct links (that don't need a phone number) at http://software.se.t-mobile.com/ but that page sometimes is not always updated as often...

The page still lists 4.0.2.xxx, but the links point to 4.1.0.371.

You beat me to it. I found the updates about an hour ago, but was tied up at work an didn't get it posted. Glad someone else was on the ball. I know all the T-Mobile users out there are thanking you.
PS. I changed the thread title to add 7100/7105 as well.

just finished the upgrade from HK 4.1.0.295 to TMO 4.1.0.309 (according to the about screen) took about 30-35 minutes
I don't see any big changes. I did a straight upgrade without changing the vendor file, so I did loose themes for other vendors. (no real loss I never used them)

1. New (for us 4.0 users) Dektop connection logo/animated graphic.
2. At least Opera and IM+ are working again.
3. No speed difference. No new themes.
4. Reorganization of Options
5. Multiple mailboxes for each acct - Hidden
New security questions for each app's first access to net.
Nothing exciting. Guess I can try themes now eh?

Works great. I think its an improvement to the recent cingular and dobson releases. Is It normal that I have to download and install the newest updates as soon as they come out ? Lol

Has anyone been able to get the Zen theme working on t-mo 4.1.0.365? I'm using the modified blackberry.alx (thanks Jibi) and have reloaded several times, even wiped then reloaded. No luck all else is fine except no Zen.

I just did the upgrade but I have a strange error/question. The default images (Water drop, White Lilly, Desert, etc) that were fine on 4.0, are not showing up on 4.1. The only images I can see in the pictures file are the ones that I have personally added. I would like to get the default ones back. The default ones are tehre with a red X and a message that says, "Can not open DRM content". Anyone know how I can get them back?

Anyone else loose the ability to hide certian icons? I even restored ribbon bar positions from previous backup's but I can't hide the wireless on/off and other worthless icons. I can go back to the CSL version and get the ability back. Go back to this version and the ability is gone. I think I'll stay with CSL.

My upgrade went smoothly but now when using Zen on my 7100g the homescreen shortcuts don't work. (L for calendar, A for Adds. etc.) They worked fine on HK CSL .300. I pulled the batt. but still no shortcuts. I hate that since I use them. I do like the little bracket around the selected icon on the zen theme since I do not list the app. name. I will wait until I use the phone several times to decide if I'm staying with this one or not. Phone call quality and volume are at the top of my list when it comes to an os for my 7100 since I use it on the weekends as a cell phone first and a BB second.
