Ok, i just synced it with Outlook. Setup my email. Now what? Does the Blackberry have any cool advantages over any other phones? What's this PIN that i hear about? Also, when i used to have my Tilt, my email only updates on certain times, but now i get it right when i receive an email on my desktop. Is that its own BB server that no other phone can get? That is really cool!

Read this forum. You will learn a ton about what the BB can do. Yes email (thru BIS on Yahoo or Gmail and thru BES) is instant.

Also read the FAQ tons of info there.
