I took out my battery on my BB 9700, to take out my media card for something, and when I put the media card and battery back in and turned it on the LED light was red and it would load to a certain point and then stop. The phone then would cut off and the LED light again would be red and then start all over again with trying to load up again. I try to connect it to the computer but it's not even recognized. I didn't drop it and it doesn’t have any water damage, and it's only a month or less old. I have no idea what to do. I try to take out the battery for a few minutes but it still does the same thing. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would try it again WITHOUT the card. They are known to go bad, even new and when they go its quickly. Also causing some rather strange results from the device.

Take out the battery for a minute replace it. Now even if nothing is happening plug it in to charger for an hour or two. This is to eliminate the possibility of very low battery. No results run the phone in for a replacement before warranty period ends. Good luck!
