Default 8900 hardwere problem?

Hi!i just got a faulty 8900 from ebay.if i pull the battery and let him 1 day,it shows error 507.if i restart it,only red blinking.if i try to connect it to the pc i get error 371.it connects when the 507 error is on but freezes when i try to install the OS.gets stuck at 'connecting to device ARM' or something like that.any ideas?i opened it up and saw that are 2 missing connectors,i attached a photo,maybe you can tell me what were those for?

the seller told me only red blinking i though i could get in fix at home.he specified that he accepts no refund.sorry for bad english.any ideas what those conectors are for?
