I do have app world in my phone but when i want to download something i introduce my ID and doesn't work!

Doesn't say anything, only stays thinking...and i have to cancel

Does/has appworld work normally for you? Is it available in your country? (on mobi forums cannot see location).
What if you use a different ID?
What if you try when on WiFi?

DO you have a BB data plan? Is your country on the list of those with access to App World. Just because it is on the device, doesn't mean it will work without the proper plan and location.
