hi all

i received my 9700 last thursday and all was well. i had used it this morning and noticed the battery was getting low so put it on charge. took it off charge to go out and whilst i was out went to use it but noticed it was very warm. it wouldnt work. it wont turn on. i have tried taking the battery out and putting it back many times but no luck.

tried putting it back on charge but the red light flashes on top and then i get a no battery symbol on screen. does anyone have any idea what is wrong or should i just send it back.

If you just got it, I would try replacing it. You probably can fix it, but it might be best to get a replacement since this is new.

Thanks for the reply. Although asking for a replacement is easier than it sounds because vodafone customer service is so bad. But I am sending it back when the new stock arrives next week. Hope the new one is ok because for the short time I had it was a good product
