I have a client whom uses a 9700 (ATT) and syncs from their phone to their office computers. However, it appears it doesnt always sync accurately.

New calendar entries are fine but deletions and changes to the calendar do not update.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Does he/she have 2 way sync enabled on the PC and the BB?

Is the PC on and Outlook open 24/7?

i have having a problem with Google Sync and time zones - for some unknown reason my phone's google sync default to central america time zone while by computer is set for central time zone (which is correct) - how can I change the default on the phone?????
