Default Email Transfer Between Devices

Please Login to Remove!

I previously had a 9000 Vold, however it broke so I sent off for another BlackBerry of the some model, the new phone came and I sent the old one back.
I have now tried to transfer my email account to my new phone, but have not succeeded.
It asks me for a Validation password to my email. I enter my email accounts password but for some reason it doesn't work.

Could someone please help me on the matter as I need my emails to be coming through my BlackBerry.

Thanks.

Are you using the internet email management application on the blackberry device, or the internet BIS portal on your service provider's web site?
