Default how to get blizzard bnet authenticator to work?

I always get error, check reception in your area.

I heard it had something to do with the apn settings, so I turned them on but still it is not working.

any help would be appreciated.

Really? The author directed you to a privately owned, volunteer staffed forum not associated with Research In Motion?

Sounds like a pretty poor level of support.
