hmn okee; the log files by default are on the server in:

C:\Program Files\Research In Motion\BlackBerry Enterprise Server\Logs\

and then within a sub-folder for each date.

Ok, got into the Log Files and I can see the Errors.

Hdawg, What does "Resend Service Book" in BES Manager do??

When I check Service Book On My Blackberry there are more services than a colleagues Blackberry (Who incidentally isn't getting mails)??

A quick way to fix some of the users issues:
If the user is running a 4.0 coded device go to the Enterprise Activation section.
Press and hold the ALT key and type "CNFG" without the quotes. Within this new view, scroll down and select the "Wireless Sync" option. Change it from "Yes" to "No" and save. Repeat the steps to select "Yes" and save. This does a soft EA which should pull down new service books.

I had similar problem and it was caused by too many MAPI profiles in registry.
There was about 2000+ entries: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles

There should be basically 2 (BlackBerryManager and BlackBerryServer) and a couple of others. They are being removed while the server uses them. But once there are too many of them, the server has problems with delivering emails.

But i can be wrong, but it is certainly one thing to check. Depends on errors that are in the logs. Mine was:
