Are you talking about QR Code Scanner Pro? (I couldn't find an app named "QR Code Scanner Plus".)

You should contact the app developer for those files.

However, I would advise EVERYONE to steer clear of The Jared Company (the app developer). Their apps invade your Address Book and spam incessantly and border on malware. They should be banned from App World and any other app store.
